INGREDIENTSServing : serves 1-2

  • 1 cup spinach flour
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp oil/ghee

 

NOTE

As shown in the video, we have used “Country Kitchen spinach flour“.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take 1 Cup of spinach flour
  • Make a soft dough of it
  • for filling-
  • add chopped carrots and onions
  • add 1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tbsp red Chili powder
  • Salt as per taste and mix it well
  • Now roll the dough
  • Add the filling in it
  • again roll it and make a small pancake
  • Grease the pan with oil/ghee
  • Cook on low flame until brown
  • Enjoy with your fav dip
