- Chopped garlic & onion
- Diced pumpkin
- Cashew butter
- Salt & pepper
- Coconut cream
- Seeds, peas
- Red chili powder
- Dill leaves

How to Make Pumpkin Soup-
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
- Add chopped garlic, onions, & pumpkin
- Saute until softens
- Now add 2 cups water, salt, & pepper
- 3 scoops of cashew butter
- Cook it for 5 minutes
- Now blend it in a smooth paste
