INGREDIENTSServing : serves 1-2

  • Sesame oil- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • Chopped tomato- 1
  • Max protein spicy peanut butter- 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Garam masala- 1 tbsp
  • Chicken- 500 gm

NOTE

Cook the chicken at low fame, so that it can be cooked entirely & adequately.

INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions To Prepare-

  1. In a pan, add 2tbs sesame oil.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry them till translucent.
  3. Put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste & cook them till the raw smell goes.
  4. Add 1 chopped tomato and allow it to cook till tomato becomes soft.
  5. Now add 1 spoon of max protein spicy peanut butter & mix it well.
  6. Put turmeric powder, salt, garam masala & little water and give it a quick mix.
  7. Add chicken and mix it well with the masala.
  8. Now allow it to cook till chicken cook properly on low flame.
  9. Your peanut butter chicken is ready to be served hot!
