INGREDIENTSServing : serves 1-2
- 50 gm crushed walnuts
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 500 ml full cream milk
- 1/2 cup boiled brown rice
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take 50 gm crushed walnuts
- Add 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- Soak it for 30 minutes
- Now in a pan take 500 ml full cream milk
- Add 1/2 cup boiled brown rice
- Cook on low flame until rice is half cooked
- Now add 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- Cook until it gets thick
- That’s it! now enjoy your brown rice kheer with jaggery.
