Beetroot flour
Olive oil
Cottage cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow bell peppers
Chopped onions
Basil leaves
Pesto sauce
Salt, pepper, chili flakes
NOTE
As shown in the video, we have used the beetroot flour by ‘Country Kitchen’.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take beetroot flour as required
add water and salt to it
knead a soft dough
add 1 tbsp olive oil over it
gently press and spread it in a circular shape
prick the base all over with a fork
now bake it on 250 for 25 minutes
spread pesto sauce over the pizza base
add cube cut bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes,
add basil leaves and cottage cheese over it
sprinkle salt, pepper, & chili flakes
now bake again for 10 minutes
